Good value for the money
Very effective, helps lessen the amount of bloating, easy to use I found that I got a very good result by taking only half the recommended does that gave side effects at all.

I carry this everywhere. Perfect for nay over indulgence and taken at the slightest sense of indigestion. Also good to have on hand for the start of germ season... this brand has no nasties or fillers just be careful of this if looking at other brands

You seem to need to take loads of these according to instructions so don't last longNot the easiest to takeNo real taste to them so okay in that wayDidn't seem to make enough of a difference for the amount of them I had to take

Reading the instructions you are supposed to take 3 tablets 20 mins before eating 3 times a day. I found this too much so I opted for once a day in the morning. This still managed to reduce my flatulence. I don't take it every day but most days.
