So far so good. I definitely feel that these are helping my sleep. The tablet size is not big at all they are very easy to take. They seem a very good quality company ingredients and packaging. Time will tell but so far these are working for me.

I have not ever really been an individual that has ever felt a need to use dietary supplements. However, now that I am in my late sixties, I find that they may have some use. Take these Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1 complex capsules, for example. J have been using them for about a week - two capsules with a glass of water before I go to bed - I find that the quality of my sleep seems better, and that the 'restless leg syndrome' that has plagued me has abated. I am a dog walker, and I do suffer from joint aches and pains, muscular stiffness and cramps, and these really seemed to have made a difference.In saying this, the negative side to their usage is that, as others have stated, I have suffered from diahorrea since taking them. It's not such an issue, and is nit enough to stop me from persisting with using the supplement, but if it dies get problematic, I shall abstain.

Absolutely fantastic product.I've been taking these tablets for approximately 2.5 years as I was struggling with sleep really badly.Last week - I realised I only had 2 tablets left and I couldn't order some more until a few days later, ultimately missing 3 nights worth of taking them.I thought, oh it'll be fine... wow , it wasn't fineHad such bad night's sleep every night. I woke up numerous times and just found myself unable to drift back off.I wake up a few times to go to the toilet too and just couldn't go back off. I felt really rubbish the days after. It was awful!Then yesterday, I received my little packet of sleep miracles 💕I took 2 last night and had a brilliant sleep - still waking up briefly to go to the toilet- but in a deep sleep so going straight back off again.I'm so happy and I honestly think I will take these for the rest of my life. Also, they are good for leg / muscle cramps too.I would really recommend these to anyone who wants better sleep quality.

The best 3-in-1 magnesium tablet EVER! Didn’t realise this works. I normally take it in the evening and it helps me get the sleep I need, I wake up renewed. So I defo recommend buying this product. It’s been 2 weeks since taking and it’s has shown a big impact on my health. Great money for value.

I, like many others, bought these to help me get a better night sleet. Made no difference at all to me.Maybe they'll helping me in other ways, I can't tell.The pills are rather large. I had no problems taking with water but others may.I've used these for a few weeks now. It's always worth a try though. Maybe I've a magnesium immunity!
