For that reason, I recommend not leaving it laid out all the time on slick surfaces, as it might shift a little during use.Overall, I really like it and use it daily. Good quality for the price.

This is a replacement for the Gaiam mat my puppies chewed up. It showed up quickly as promised. It is 10mm thick, which is great for me as I have a knee that needs replacement, and has allowed me to continue my yoga for almost a year since the knee diagnosis. You may want something a little thinner for balance, I just step off the mat for balance exercises. It is easy to clean, and I love that they still offered my color! The chewed up mat is being re-purposed as kneeling mats for the garden!
