The grip can be improved!
It slips on very smooth surfaces like tiles and marble floors. The material used for providing grip is not of good quality. I hope the brand will look into it. Overall the product is quite good and practical. just that one thing if they improve it can be a game changer. Make it more rubbery / grippy please.

Not at all for advanced level workout. It's plastic is flexing while doing pushups and may break anytime. It's my personal opinion. Well thanks to Amazon I got the refund.
