I bought these to kickstart my gut health into action. Every time I ate I felt cramped and bloated, no matter how little I ate. I was taking Benefiber but that didn’t do anything for me. Within a day of taking these I could tell a change. Bloating was gone immediately, and now I’m more regular than a Japanese bullet train. I don’t know what is in them or if they work for everyone but these have helped me immensely and have made my days enjoyable and comfortable. 100/10 would recommend.

I’ve been constipated pretty much my whole life, regardless of diet. So much that any time I’m act” regular “, my whole entire mood is better.I took these for two days & feel wonderful! Immediately subscribed to them. And yes, they do have prebiotics (someone mentioned they don’t). Fiber is a prebiotic (chicory root).These do cause some gas for about an hour after taking them, but worth it for the results, imo

Not gonna lie I finished this in 3 days. It's not too sweet but the taste is amazing. It did help with bloating within that short time.

Was looking for an affordable probiotic and decided to give this a try. Overall I’d say this are a good value and will likely continue to purchase going forward. That said, the taste/texture is not quite what I was expecting and a little off from what I’ve had previously. Nothing I can’t get past but just not quite as good as my previous brand.

I have been using these for several months now and I have them on a subscription cycle and I love them. They work absolutely great for me. The flavor is pretty good too. I will say they can be hard to chew at times as they are a tougher gummy but not bad at all. I have IBS and these have helped regulate me a ton and they do help with bloating as well.

I take these everyday and there's improvement with BMs. Went from constipation to going regularly

I've purchased these twice now. The taste is good, and I could definitely tell they are working if you know what I mean ;) Within about 30-40 minutes I start getting the little grumling in the tummy, and then about 20 minutes later it's go time. I do have a complaint though. It has to do with the chew. The first bottle had a perfect chew. They were like eating Swedish Fish. The chew was awesome. Then I got the 2nd bottle, and the chew was like chewing on something like jelly. Definitely not a fan. This inconsistency also tells me that the formula is different, when it's supposed to be the same, and I don't like that. Overall, these do work though, and taste good.

These are a great value. The size and texture are perfect.
