First of all I’ve been using arginine since I was 15 it’s a staple in the gym. I’ve used many brands I don’t use pre workout but I do use arginine Hands down evl is the best the quantity is unbelievable. The first time I took it I thought I took to much but not in a bad way it hit me. I felt my veins open up and I was noticeably more vascular. That being said in the gym the pumps are the best They last so long and obviously allows you to go harder and longer so therefore you build more muscle this product dosent build more muscle but it gives you the ability to do so.

I was told I take this as I adopted a healthy lifestyle. After doing my research, ordering this product and almost completely using the bottle, I noticed a few things:-my workouts are more productive-my improved breathing while using this supplement as I workout has afforded me to prolong my workouts*AND THE MAJOR THING-it significantly help my blood pressure go down. My blood flow has been at it's best since using this.I will keep this in my daily routine for life. Thank you for a great supplement.

Great product for muscle recovery after workouts. I use with creative and glutamine daily. Amino products will typically have a small amount of L-Arginine in it, but a little bit more goes a long way. Would recommend for anyone who is serious about getting back into shape or just staying in shape and pushes themselves to the max.

I’ve been using this for a week now and my pumps are through the roof. My biceps pump feels like the are going to explode. I have not noticed a difference in my vascular activity yet but I’m sure it will come

Rarely do I notice anything when I take supplements. However, I do take this with L ornithine HCL. I wasn’t expecting much. But after about a week, I noticed I had more energy at the gym and just general more energy throughout the day. I would strongly recommend anybody looking at this to give it a try.
