The book is easy to read and full of information about simple dietary changes to make for improved brain healthLots of good advice and tips that we can take on board. The author includes a comprehensive brain health questionnaire which is helpful in establishing your current level of health and the author gives advice on what you can do to maintain or improve brain health. The recipes included at the end of the book are all made from readily available ingredients.
