It's good but don't buy it alone. If you are suffering from constipation then Buy gentle move along with it. I took it alone and due to heavy pressure it become painful for me and I got cut and lot of bleeding. Still I say product is good.

I’ve been using Nature’s Sunshine Lower Bowel Stimulator for a while, and it works well without being too harsh on my system. It’s effective in helping relieve constipation, and I appreciate that it uses natural herbal ingredients. I also like that it doesn’t cause cramping like some other products I’ve tried.The results are gentle but noticeable, and it has definitely helped with regularity. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is that it took a couple of days to really start working. Overall, it’s a solid product that I’ll keep using for a natural cleanse.
