This is a great UPS for your router. I have used it in lucknow on my airtel router. And now i am using it in noida for tata play router. Although there is DG in my building but the internet connection is interrupted when lights are out and DG kicks in. It’s been instrumental when i am speaking in a meeting and lights are out. Thankfully the UPS does not let my router to turn off. I would highly recommend it if there is electricity problem in your area and you have to WFH

Quality device. Bought on sale for 999. Though prices seems to go down to 800s if willing to wait.Easy to connect. Comes with multiple connecting wire options.I use it primarily for uninterrupted internet between the power going off and the building generator kicking in.Crucial for zoom meetings, bank transfers etc. Therefore, my actual usage of UPS is barely for a few minutes at a time. A single 12V device is able to manage that.However, the internet company pointed out that if 3-4 hrs of uninterrupted supply is required, I should preferably opt for more capacity or better yet 2 individual UPS units for the modem and the router respectively. Suggest buyers to do research on their requirement/consult the internet service providers for assessing their needs

The device gives backup for 3+ hours after completely charged. I bought 2 of these. It's lightweight. One for the router and one for the fiber optic converter that the local internet providers install near your router. Both are working fine. It's also compatible with such devices as well. Check the voltage requirements of your device before buying. Overall a good product.

Kudos to support team for their prompt response and resolution in replacing the router post observing poor battery backup.After using for two months, suddenly the back-up reduced to zero, on containing to Oakter support team, they performed initial troubleshooting, and later decided to replace with new one. It was done smoothly without any hassle. Also they were sharing all updates post raising the complaint. Overall product quality is good and currently device is running perfectly.

Excellent product. I have been using it for the last two months. It is working smoothly. I have faced no issues until now. The installation was very easy; they even provided an installation diagram, which helps anyone without any technology knowledge easily do the installation. I tested the backup; trust me, it truly provided >3 hours of backup time. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.
