Great for toning!
Great for a quick little workout when you don't have a lot of time, or for a full blown workout session! It came with workout suggestions, and I had to buy a second one for my son so he would stop using mine!

Seriously, read before buying this
This item is awful. Im a 6ft 195pound man who goes to the gym weekly and lifts heavy. I was looking for a way to do some stuff at home so I wouldnt always have to drive over to the gym and deal with the crowd, so I ordered this and gave it a shot.When I tell you that this thing is bad, I mean it. Ive never left a negative review for anything in my life, but I see the predatory advertising these things get all over Instagram. The resistance is entirely in your forearms, leaving so much pressure against your bone it literally bruises the forearms. It is immense pressure and pain, not even Eddie Hall would ever be able to use this thing comfortably. If you dont want to go to a gym, youre going to get a much better workout trying to do 150 push-ups a day rather than buying this.Last thing, I dont even feel like its safe. The spring mechanism strains and crunches so much, it actually gives the impression it could just burst/explode. Seriously does not seem safe to use, if something burst while using this you could get seriously injured or worse. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important for people to hear about these things before making a blind purchase.
