I’ve been using these for 4 weeks now and I’ve noticed an energy boost. They do smell kind of mineral-y but they don’t taste bad. These are big capsules though, so you don’t like taking pills I wouldn’t recommend. Also since I’ve been taking them, I haven’t had as many stomach aches

These things are honestly legit I’ve decided notice a difference in my overall gut health and libido. Along with increased energy that doesn’t make me feel groggy. May not work for everyone but definitely been helping me

About a week after taking the pills, I noticed a change in my energy. I was feeling less sluggish and tired during the day.

They seem good. I haven't had anything to complain about with them. I haven't been taking them long and I have missed a few days. I can't say I really feel a difference at the moment. The only thing I'm not crazy about is they smell like sawdust lol

I love these because they have a lot of good ingredients. Some of them I was buying separately but now get more of a powerhouse all at once. I can definitely tell a difference if I don't take them. Thank you for a great product!

I started taking these supplements 02-01. At first I took one in the morning and one at night because it's something new and I didn't want to overwhelm my system. After a few days I started taking them 2 at a time as per serving size. At first everything was fine but I started getting irritable and frustrated. I was able to manage that for a while but then I started avoiding my family, not saying I love you back, not wanting to be touched. I was internally shutting down and hating the person I suddenly was. I knew something was wrong and 02-13 I stopped using this supplement as it was the only new thing in my life.Today, 02-15, I feel SOOO much better, so much more myself. I would have to say that the supplements are probably of good quality to have affected me so much and so fast - they're just not the right thing for me personally.Always pay attention to YOU when you start a new medication or supplement.
