Great item purchased to help with exercises for my knee injury.

I bought the Fitness Bands hoping to add a bit more resistance to my home workouts. The variety of resistance levels is nice, and they’re clearly labeled, which makes it easy to switch depending on the exercise. They’re also lightweight and come in a compact pouch, which is convenient for travel.That said, I found the bands a little shorter than expected, which limited some stretches and full-range movements. Also, despite being advertised as non-slip, they did roll up occasionally—especially during leg exercises like squats or glute bridges.They’re okay for light workouts or rehab/therapy use, but probably not the best option if you’re looking for high resistance or super durable material. Overall, decent for the price but not perfect.

Great value..a home gym in your pocket........a superb set of bands all you need for a thorough workout at home. 5 grades of resistance...start low and work up. Comes in a small bag with drawstring and a leaflet with various excercises for different parts of the body.For just around a fiver this is superb value.......the hard work is down to you

Well packed and appears to be a quality and reasonably priced product with several strength bands in different colours. Unfortunately they are much shorter than I thought they would be, so I'm not able to to use them for my purposes and therefore cannot review their effectiveness.

Worked rather well and the varying resistances you can start low and build up to your own comfortable devil.As they are colour coded they are easy to use and so far after a few months of use they are quite durable and I haven't stretched.Overall I am happy with the product and we'll continue to use it.
