I wasn’t expecting much, but this actually surprised me in a good way. There’s a gentle calm that sets in—not overwhelming, just enough to take the edge off. I’ve used it on a few stressful days and found it helped me stay a little more level. The taste isn’t bad (a bit earthy) and the dropper works fine. I appreciate that it didn’t knock me out or make me feel off. Just…mellow. Definitely something I’ll keep on hand.

After doing lots of self work and balancing other medications, adding this to my daily intake seems to have resulted in a defined improvement in mood.

I wanted to like it, and I don’t care about the taste , I strictly look for effects and I’ve had MANY brands of Kanna but this did nothing for me. But everyone’s body chemistry is different, so maybe it works for some.

This doesn’t deserve a star, it didn’t help my sleep or do anything. It didn’t work for me at all. Save your money.

The supplement was mixed into a base containing only water and a preservative. I appreciated this, as many tinctures contain sweeteners (artificial or natural), which I tend to avoid due to dietary concerns.The flavor was the supplement was slightly bitter and herbaceous, which is what I expected. Its flavor wasn't so strong as to leave an unpleasant aftertaste, but I can imagine that some people may prefer to mix the tincture with a flavored beverage.While the serving size was 1ml, there was no indication on the bottle as to how that volume correlated with the contents of the eyedropper. My assumption was that the serving size was equivalent to one ""full"" dropper (in quotes because a full suction of the dropper only filled the tube halfway), but more direct instructions would have been useful.Within thirty minutes of taking the tincture, I noticed a slow but steady ability to concentrate, as well as a lessening of stress I normally feel during my workday. I look forward to documenting my continued usage of this supplement to better understand how else I can incorporate it into my daily routines (such as a sleep aid).

I don't really get it. I mean, I know what it is supposed to do, and how it is supposed to make me feel. For some, this product is a great help, and for others, it doesn't appear to do much at all. I'm not an expert on wellness, but I do feel like, perhaps, it is designed to take the edge off a bit, or to work with our bodies own natural levels. Perhaps some have more of a deficit than others? Perhaps people expect Kanna to be some wonder drug that cures all our ills?Traditionally speaking, Kanna has been used for all types of remedies, and is still undergoing a lot of research. I personally think the main issue folks have with this product is that it's effects are very subtle. Those seeking immediate relief or apparent mood alterations are probably looking for something a bit more herbal and medicinal than this. While researchers are still trying to unlock it's full potential, Kanna is an ancient and fascinating remedy that has the potential to help with your overall well-being, as we learn more and more about the benefits of a balanced life. This product is as good as any I suppose, and the value isn't bad either. I am giving it four stars for the simple fact that there is no added sweetener to make it more palatable which is a welcomed change from some of the other products on the market.Would highly recommend.

Kanna (Sceletium Tortuosum) is a very interesting herbal nootropic. It contains alkaloids which have proven effective in helping manage stress, anxiety, depression and more. I've had the opportunity to try both this liquid extract and tablets from Amazing Botanicals as well as tincture and chewables from a different company and I found these drops to be more potent and effective for me. After taking 1ml of the drops I feel a subtle calmness and wellbeing that lasts a couple of hours. The taste is pleasant and mildly herbal. I appreciate that the only ingredients in the tincture are Kanna extract, Purified Water and Potassium Sorbate. No alcohol, sweeteners or artificial flavors. It is made in the USA in a GMP facility and comes in an amber glass bottle. My only criticism is that the glass dropper doesn't have any markings to indicate the amount. I estimate by comparing it with a graduated dropper that the recommended 1ml dose is achieved by taking 2 doses of one squeeze (almost halfway) of the dropper.
