Great but with some small caveats.
The bed came well and it was of higher quality than I expected, however, I cannot grant more than five stars because of a couple issues.The bed arrived with no instruction manual as you’d expect from an product that requires the customer to assemble it.The headboard included required me to make my own small incisions in the material to get the screws through to lock it in, rather than it already having cleanly made holes for it.In terms of customer service, the delivery man wasn’t very polite, swearing all the way through, and customer service via the phone is near unreachable (I was holding for a good thirty minutes before giving up), but I had luck with the live chat on their website and was able to confirm the time my order was coming on that day.Despite all these little issues, I don’t regret my purchase currently and hopefully it remains in good order.

It arrived on time two very helpful men to bring inside easy to but together, very nice looking bed also very comfortable best night sleep for a longtime so ease to use.

this bed is the best bed i have used, it is really comfortable, easy to use and the high't is just the right to transfer into my wheelchair. personally i would recommend this bed to everyone who want's a good night's sleep.

Product as described. Received on time. Was contacted prior to delivery to confirm times. Needed to contact customer service. Received a prompt, courteous and helpful reply. Easy to recommend this company with it's very competitive prices

Orthopedic bed
The service was excellent, couldn't put it together myself, had to get someone to do it, but delivery was very good.Nice thick mattress, and I shall try the comfort tonight.
