It bad first time purchase

I'm not sure if you are taking this to supplement your testosterone levels, that's why I am. And I can feel more energy levels substantially. To feel that, you'll have to take for a solid two weeks everyday. Ashwaganda has its own benefits. I'm not sure about black seed oil.As far as taste goes... omg! Let me try to describe it. You ever been to a mechanics parking lot? And you see oil or sludge on the ground? Probably has oil, coolant, washer fluid, grease and gear lube in that little ground sludge... well you ever wonder how it tastes? This is how it tastes. Lol it's a very terrible taste but I think so far the benefits outweigh the taste, which is why I still take it.Best of luck to you all.

I've been using this Shilajit resin with Black Seed Oil and Ashwagandha, and I’m really happy with it.
