Nice looking iron, plenty of steam, slides nice, cord is a tad short, but useable. If you leave it on HOT the plate does get a black coating.

Not fit for purpose
Iron does work well but after a couple.of months the coating starts to come off and stain your shirts. Really would not recommend this iron. Had to buy another iron as it isn't fit for purpose.

it is such a beast... I just got into ironing my clothes, this iron is a real deal, sturdy, powerful steam, feels like I can use it forever if I take care of it properly.

Followered instructions to the letter, iron leaks continuously on steam setting. Only half filled water tank, still leaks, having to retun this iron. Disappointed.
