Great for late workouts
My husband usually train in the evenings, so he was looking for a pre-workout without caffeine. This one gave him great pumps and helped him stay focused without messing with his sleep.

Very nice
My husband said this mixes better than most powders I’ve tried, and the taste is surprisingly refreshing. He loves using it before evening workouts since it doesn’t mess with my sleep.

Worthless waste of money
Can't give it less than on star. This product is trash and a waste of money. Nothing more than a glorified electrolyte pack and let's not forget the awful taste. To be clear I tried it in the morning and afternoon on an empty stomach and with food I can definitely advise anyone just get a cup of coffee instead

Works great (Taste Bad)
Great pump pre formula. Got the strawberry mojito. Taste like dirt, or crayon paper maybe. Actually tastes like any of the flavored greens powders out there.

Better endurance
Even without caffeine, my noticed more stamina and better focus during his lifts. It mixes easily, tastes good, and doesn’t leave that gritty texture I’ve had with others.

Not that good
I decided to try this pre-workout because of the ingredients and dosages of the various ingredients. I’ve used other pre-workouts and I’m always willing to try something new. When I opened the container it’s filled with a lot of clumps, but that’s by no means a deal breaker. I’ve used it now for 5 days; it mixes okay, the taste is not great, and as mentioned in other reviews “it’s chalky” and by far one of the worst tasting pre-workouts. As for its efficacy, I didn’t notice better pumps, I went from 1 to 2 scoops and still not much of a pump. But with 2 scoops definitely noticed a less than pleasant feeling in my stomach. Some people may find Pump Serum suitable, as for myself I’ll stick with Pre-Kaged, Pre JYM, Transparent Labs and Legion Pulse.

Excellent pre workout supplement!
This caffeine-free pre-workout has completely changed my gym sessions. The flavors are fantastic and mix smooth and definitely my favorite addition to my fitness routine! The formula is packed with scientifically proven ingredients, and the flavors are surprisingly good for such a powerful product.
