I started drinking Nectar last year. It was my first summer working outside in beautiful but sweltering Alabama. I realized how badly I needed to replenish electrolytes from sweating all day. I’m a bit picky so wanted a variety of flavors and clean ingredients with no sugar. Nectar fit those requirements and tastes great. They use organic fruit flavors, organic stevia, non-GMO citric acid, and Himalayan sea salt. From the first day, I could tell a difference. I felt much much better throughout the day and wasn’t completely wiped out when I got home. I also like how subtle and realistic the flavors are, enough to enjoy the fruity taste without slapping you in the face with overpowering, artificial flavor.

Looking at the product, I see that this includes four of the more commonly stripped electrolytes with any activity. As I am getting back on the horn to lose some weight, I am worried about this especially with the initial Mass dehydration that can start rapidly when one has not been exercising. There are no items contained in these packets that I cannot pronounce. Zero calorie, as it should be. The flavor is something that I have struggled with in these types of packets. I started with the one that is hardest for me to like, watermelon. I know that I will like all of the others if I like the watermelon. This dissolved very well into 16 oz of water. Prefill 8 oz, pour the packet, another 8 oz of water, shake shake shake. Easy. Watermelon taste just like watermelon. I love watermelon, but not the artificial watermelon found in most of these drinks. This one was delicious. And is priced correctly for what this item is... Energy packets should not be as expensive as the pre-made, 16 oz ready to drink drinks!

I just turned 50 and I used these at a 5day sales conference where I needed to function during the day, after repeated late evenings with lots of drinking. I took one at the start of the night and one before bed. Sometimes I took them in the morning or midday as needed. Overall, I had little to no hangovers. I like them because they don't have as much sugar as Iiquid IV but still taste good.I also handed them out to my co-workers that didn't plan ahead... Saving someone from a hangover is always a good way to make friends!! Lol In fact, almost ran out because I was overly generous... lol
