Absolutely the best home help you can buy. This is my 3rd Roomba and I love them. This model is amazing. Programmable and self emptying so the downstairs is fully automated. My only negative comment is they’ve removed the carry handle and that annoying as I have 3 floors and it’s awkward to carry

Super easy to set up.Programmable to clean every room or just certain rooms at anytime.A little noisy but hoovers are anyway.It sometimes misses tiny bits in corners - hence the 4 stars but it’s such a useful addition to the household with the added bonus that I don’t have to hoover very often.Bought discounted. Worth every penny!

I ordered this item, on behalf of a Friend; who has always had iRobot 'Roomba's',to ease her physical difficulties in general.After paying more, for an improved quality machine; she is really pleased with this particular Model~the J9+!She tells me that it's super efficient & is exceptionally easy for her to use...Therefore, so far,she is really happy that she's found a machine that is perfect for her situation!Great job👍🏼.

I was so excited to receive this Roomba, I’ve used Roombas for years and couldn’t wait to see this one in action. Well for the first few times it did work, I couldn’t miss the emptying ..... very noisy. 😂. I thought it would find it’s way round where ever it was needed, but no, I had to set it to go certain places, and that was not easy. Eventually I thought it would be good enough for it to just clean the lounge and kitchen attached but I think maybe moving a chair a few inches might have messed it up because I couldn’t get it to do more than a few feet. Since then it keeps telling me it can’t connect to wifi.... I’ve followed the instructions over and over, but our wifi is poor so now I’ve given up. It’s just sitting there gathering dust, so disappointing. All that money! 😟

In 2017, I indulged myself to a roomba vacuum. My partner in dirt crime for years. The robot left every room spotless, wether hard floor or carpet. Sadly, it no longer worked so I bought this one.Not 48hours after it arrived that I just returned it. This robot is AWFUL! Not only did it not suck properly leaving every possible crumbs on the floor, the app glitched after one use! Meaning the robot could no longer be restarted!How can you develop a newer model that is worst than a model from 2017??? And why is there is no possibility to start the robot manually in case the app glitch? Some people at IRobot/Roomba should seriously have a think! This shouldn’t be put on the market for sale.In summary : does not do the job, bad suction, stopped working after one use, app still glitching as we speak with the same error message as 14 hours ago (going to remove it now).

I’ve had a couple of 600 series robots called Eric and Steve for a few years now but Steve has lost the plot. So I bought this one for downstairs and put Eric upstairs. This one’s called Brian and I’m very impressed with him. I use the robots for a daily clean but I still vacuum myself now and then (a really good spring clean) and I’m impressed with the accuracy, flexibility and power of this robot Does it do a really good deep vacuum? No. But it keeps the worst at bay which is all I want it to do on a daily basis. I have carpet everywhere, but I think if I had hard floors, I wouldn’t have to vacuum at all. That’s worth every penny in my book.

Overall the build quality is great very well made.Noise levels are what I'd expect not loud but not quiet.Mapping seems to takes a lomg time (30min) for 4 roomsSet-up took me a while definitely not the easiest to setup due to errors while setting up such as no WiFi even though it was docked next to my WiFi router, once setup though not had too many problems.Overall the roomba is a great vacuum it picks up extremely well! Better than my actual upright cordless as I'd hoovered prior to testing and as you can see it found dust! And I hoover daily, so great suction! It's quite fast at cleaning and does a great job, on setup the roomba was a pain and awkward but once done I'd get the odd problems like WiFi not connected or error codes normally related to WiFi, but when it works it's great!Overall the roomba is a great hoover value wise I think it's on the higher side for what it is, the roomba is great overall but the app and software just isn't there hence the 4 stars, I think once the software side is upto par with the hardware then it'd be a 5 star item but reviewed as is and based on the value I unfortunately couldn't recommend.The vacuum is great and cleans well but the software is holding it back.

This robot vacuum cleaner is simply superb. The first vacuum job it did in my home left me a little embarrassed! I had to physically turn it over and take away all the hairs wrapped around the rollers. This job is easily done. My carpets are clearly cleaned. The suction is set on the default medium. The dustbin emptying process has to be heard to be believed! It sounds like a jet aircraft in take-off! I would definitely recommend this robot vacuum cleaner. The price is high but as I'm disabled, it's an essential addition to my home. I have it scheduled to clean the entire bungalow once a week. The mapping facility is very clever. The product is well made too.
