The mat is versatile, sturdy, and easy on your feet for dynamic movements. The mat does not slip and slide, and it support your every step and movement. I tore my Achilles in 2016 and as a result my feet are sensitive to surfaces, this mat has been fantastic for rehab exercises for me and yoga exercises for my wife, highlighting again just how versatile and comfortable it is.I bought this mat for my wife and I to convert a small part of our home into a viable workout area considering our new reality that is COVID. I am a retired college football player with a lifelong history of staying active with a routine gym schedule. My wife is an All-American college runner who now competes in marathons. We invest in our health and fitness and have been Equinox members for the past 6 years. As you can imagine, the closing of the gyms – although we completely support every measure to contain COVID-19 – was a disruption to our workout routine. In an effort to bring the gym experience to our garage, we purchased the Gxmmat and haven’t looked back since. Perfect for my home gym

I have been using this mat for about 2 weeks to do beach body workouts. I have already noticed some ease on my knees from all of the jumping that some of my workouts involve. The sellers were clear that the mat may take some time to break in, until then, it may be a little slippery. I really only notice that when I have to get down on my hands for burpees/pushups but the gloves that they include come in handy for just that. The mat is in my family room where my 4 and 2 year old love to eat and play on so it’s great that it really easy to clean. I got the 6’x6’ and wish I had gotten a bigger size.

I wanted something to help me feel comfortable on my super hard floors while working out without equipment. This is everything I was looking for! I hesitated because of the price, but it was a great purchase, speaks for itself! I use it for all my body weight excersises on hard (porceline?) floor. It's large and spacious enough for anything I would want to do solo and doesn't hurt my knees on it or feet when jumping. Not thick enough for my tail bone, (but that's more a me problem, not the mats fault). The thickness is perfect and I wouldnt change it even if I could. Feels incredibly durable, will probably last decades indoors properly cared for. I love the texture and the light shine. It does get slippery when you sweat, the gloves they include help tremendously! I'd also recommend purchasing grippy socks to go with it. Then, I would say, for comfort, a second one (or larger) would be needed if you wanted enough space for two people to excersise together. Overall, I would say this is the best home workout mat! Donate your yoga mat to someone in need because you won't regret it when you recieve this one!

It is perfect size for my small space. Quality item and sturdy so expect it to last long time. I have placed my gym equipment on it. The packaging was also quality. Storage bag included. No smell. The surface is a bit sticky. Followed the instructions enclosed to get it out before using it. Pleasantly surprised by the quality workout gloves included. I just bought mine. Even though the gift gloves are size L (I am XS), I can make it work when I need it in the future. 100% Value for money!! Shipped on time. Thank you for a quality product!!

I was super hesitant to purchase this for the price point, but I needed something durable on carpet to handle my weight bench for my home gym. I had been using the puzzle shaped foam protectors but I had to constantly adjust them and realign them when I would do any time of aerobic workout. This mat is awesome! It does NOT slide around on the carpet, it is self healing so when I put the weigh bench way, the divets correct themselves, its comfortable enough without shoes when I want to do yoga. My only complaint is when I try to vacuum it, its not as smooth but that's easily overlooked with all the other amazing features of this mat.

The is mat is perfect for strength training, Plyo, and yoga. I am so glad I went with this option instead of the tiles. It doesn’t move. It provides support and protects your floors. It is more expensive than the tile options but it is so worth it. I have no regrets!
