Relaxing potion
My partner has variable sleep quality from night to night, a longstanding issue he tries to control via exercise and relaxation before bedtime. I read about this preparation and bought it for him. So far he finds it relaxing, but no evidence it guarantees him a good night's sleep.

Doesn't help me
We are all different but I found this product stimulating not relaxing, it doesn't work for me or my partner. It has a very strong ginger taste which doesn't suit me.

Can’t tell if it’s safe
Too much marketing nonsense and impossible to be sure if it is gluten and sulphite free. Frustrating annoying and dangerous. It’s not hard to present clear information.

I loved the taste,I loved the ease of useIt was probably a little on the expensive side (star knocked)Appropriate strength for calm!However, I didn’t like that it’s not completely dissolvable and so remains in the glass and can be tasted - knocked of a starProbably won’t but again unless desperate (easy to cary on travel as it’s in powdered form!)
