There are 180 tablets in this multivitamin container. The serving size is one per day, giving a full six months supply. Expiry dates on these products are crucial especially where people don’t take them everyday and these tablets had a full 18 months until expiry date from the date received.The container itself is a fairly standard large container for supplements. The container is just under 5 inches tall (12cm) and 2.5 inches diameter (7cm). The tablets themselves are standard sized for a multi vitamin. When opening the container, there is a faint but noticeable unpleasant smell (you would only notice if you smell the container). However the tablets themselves are easy to swallow and give no noticeable taste or aftertaste.I have to take a multivitamin for my diet (and after my surgery it will be even more important) so the range of vitamins and minerals does matter. I compared this to the leading brand. The vast majority of vitamins and minerals are matched.The only major items that were in the major brand but not here were Vitamin K and phosphorous. A small amount of reserach will show why this is common for many brands to miss these two ingredients, though it depends on what people are looking for and their need for those nutrients. It does however have several compounds not in the major brand. However this product is much cheaper than that leading brand.Ultimately this is a well rounded, good value tablet from a UK based company. I will happily be using these. I am impressed by the sheer range of nutrients covered.

These come in a white plastic screw top container and expiry is 05205I take 1 a day in the morning after breakfast. I do hate the taste but all multivitamins I have tried are no differentEasy enough to swallow but I do prefer to take with water

I have used Simply Supplements for my joint care for years, but have never had their multivitamins.I do take multivitamins and minerals every day, and have compared my current provider's ingredients with this Simply Supplements pack. I am very happy to see that all my current vitamins and minerals are present with either the same or stronger potencies, but these also include 10 extras. I am particularly delighted to note that they include L-lysine because I suffer from cold sores and when I get an outbreak I have to take a heavy dose of L-lysine to clear them up. As there is 15mg of L-lysine in these tablets, I am hoping that they will help to suppress the herpes virus within my body and may lead to fewer outbreaks in future. It is definitely worth a try!The tablets themselves are torpedo shaped and not so large (about 1.75cm long), and very easy to swallow.The pack came well sealed, and the expiry date is very long (my pack was May 2025).I think they are very good value for the price, and as you only take one tablet a day, these will last me 6 months.This is definitely going to be my brand of multivitamins and minerals going forward. And it is very reassuring to use tablets manufactured by one of the UK's leading supplement manufacturers.

My package arrived 3:24pm and was open and left on top of the fence and the package was opened. left in a very hot weather. For hours. And the supplement expires on the 2025 too early date.how do I finish them if they are just to expire next year angust/September 2025 when I order that of a year . very unacceptable .I don't take them every day and the expiry date is next year angust and it's a one year supplement.so how do I finish the supplement before then

I chose to test this product mainly because of the brand which has been used in the past and with good results, felt more reassured to try this supplement.I haven't yet started because it has so many multivitamins and minerals that if you are taking something else, you may want to check the dosage. It arrived perfectly sealed and in a big box of 180 tablets. I can't comment on the taste of the tablets nor their effects at the moment as I haven't started the course.The recommended dose is one tablet per day and I like that all nutritional information of any vitamin in the formula is clearly stated on the label. It seems a very comprehensive multivitamin, which covers all essential vitamins and minerals needed and more. At the current price of 13.99 for a 6-month supply, I would rebuy.
