Microsoft office not installed
I received the laptop in a good condition and as described. Everything working good, touch screen, keyboard, keyboard backlight, ....etc.The only thing missing is the Microsoft office which is not installed.

MS Windows was expired and lots of virus in it
When we start it, lots of virus showed and MS windows licence was not active.

It's very good condition but they are not formatted and not reset windows password unless no other comments
