What a great piece of kit this really is. Screen quality is brilliant, perfect for video streaming (it's primary use) and app browsing (Amazon, eBay, Auto trader etc...) Initial setup was a breeze, simply connected my Android phone over USB and it transferred my account and apps, so was up and running very quickly out of the box.The camera is nothing to write home about however, it could be better but then it's not something I'd use except for very occasional video calls. You'd not produce a feature film using it anyway. It's physically quite big to hold, but I mainly use it for video streaming and bought a compatible case for it which acts as a desktop stand. Battery life seems decent, about 20% consumption on a 2 hour Netflix film for example. WiFi connectivity is great and the sound quality is excellent too. Good job Honor, I might just consider your other tech in the future.

This tablet is really superb. I cannot find anything to complain about.I find it a little large to handle but I have small hands and this is a magnificent 11.5 inch screen.I was worried about the screen not being sharp enough as there are higher ppi like retina display etc. But the difference is hardly noticeable as the screen is very bright and superb quality.The sound is great though not as incredible as many reviews stated.I don't think it takes a memory card but I have had no need for one at all.It works super efficiently and very high quality, the sound is great though I cannot find if there is a graphic equaliser, though it hardly needs it.A SUPERB ANDROID TABLET.

Brilliant tablet. I use it for browsing, email and watching videos and it's perfect for that, the battery life is great too.

The acer hub ODK390 works with this tablet. The acer Ethernet adaptor ODK440 works with this tablet. i can turn off the wireless and use the ethernet cable with the ODK440 and ODK390 fine. It has useful daily automatic on off times to save battery.i did not find how to stop the screen switching off too quickly yet. The ugreen adaptor 60515 does not work with this tablet.

I moved to this tablet from a Galaxy Tab A8 which I was getting a bit fed up with.What a pleasant move it's been. It's slightly bigger than the A8, the screen is bright and vivid, the face unlock is very welcome at this budget price point (and works quite well- mostly).Interestingly, there is no 3.5mm headphone jack, but given that there is no lag on watching the streaming services, YouTube etc, this is no longer an issue for me. I used to have awful sync issues with people talking in shows/ movies/ videos with the Tab A8 when watching using wireless headphones, but this isn't an issue with the X9 (and it's the same headphones I'm using)Speaking of lag, there was always a noticeable lag with the A8 when using the tablet again for the first time in a few hours. Nothing like that with the X9- again a minor niggle but it starts to grate after a while.Moving the UI around feels snappy, no delays, and I'm overall very impressed with the lack of bloatware and unnecessary junk. I did uninstall some apps that came preinstalled (eg. Facebook and similar) but they weren't any hassle to get rid off.I'd recommend this tablet to anyone wanting something cheap and very cheerful.

This is a surprisingly good tablet. The size is great, sound quality is well above the standard I was expecting. I use mine for connecting to a telescope and the tablet connects and gives great clarity of imaging. I am so happy with my tablet I bought a 2nd for my dad.
