Generally I don't leave reviews on supplements because they rarely make any noticeable difference for me. I made this purchase because the magnesium was recommended to my husband by his Dr. I tried it because I read other reviews that talked about how this product helped them sleep. You can add my review to that list...it does help with sleep. So far it has also helped with odd muscle cramps in my ankles that would wake me up at night...they are gone. From what I have learned since making this purchase, is that magnesium is a very important mineral that is lacking in most diets. I would recommend this and will stay with this supplement.

If you suffer from cramps at night in your legs and feet, try this product. It is important that you buy magnesium glycinate per our family doctor as it is more absorbent than other kinds of magnesium. It has helped my husband who was having 5 or 6 episodes per night of cramps in legs and feet. After about a week of taking this product daily, he is sleeping much better and is almost free from the cramps.

This magnesium helps me so much! Going through menopause I was having restless legs and unable to "turn my brain off" which kept me half asleep and half awake. My brain was just reeling over events from the day and/or previous days. When I started using this product about thirty minutes before bed each night, the restless legs stopped and my mind was at rest to go to sleep.
