It’s very pretty and looks exactly like the picture. The size of this notebook is as advertised; not the paper size but the item size. It is not too tight and there is room to add pictures or do some craft. And it smells good:) I do recommend

I love this old fashioned journal. It makes me want to just write. Sometimes it is good to disconnect from the digital world and just do things the old-fashioned way. A little too small for me, but will use it
I thought I ordered a book just a little shorter than a 8x10? But it’s a little too small for what I wanted to use like my previous journal. For me junk journaling needs space for adding pictures and writing. I will have to think how I can be satisfied with this size. All in all it’s made well, pages and leather cover. Should have realized why the price was less than.

The leather is quality true leather, pages are nice thickness and bound evenly! Zero areas for improvement. Ordered a 2nd one as soon as I opened the first package! Made the perfect gift for my high school niece that enjoys drawing!

Beautiful Leather Journal
Our beloved Sheltie passed away on January 22, 2024 and I wanted a journal to record my memories of her. I decided on this one because of its beauty. It does smell like genuine leather, which I love. The embossed flowers and leaves are gorgeous. I found the paper to be of very good quality and heavy enough for my needs. When I used a Sharpie pen on the ‘title page’, the ink did seep through to the backside just little bit. This however, was not an issue to me. Using a ball point pen works very well on the paper. The pages are securely bound to the cover with some sort of string material. The attached leather strap holds the journal closed. This is truly a beautifully crafted vintage styled journal at a fantastic price point. I would not hesitate to purchase this journal again.
