Very pleased with this item. Good performance and a great price.

This is a staple in my daily routine. One spray per nostril in the morning and maybe a top up mid afternoon sees me fine. The only thing is that you do get a white ‘film’ in your nose - I appreciate this is a barrier - but it can make your snot looks bit grim! I have this on monthly subscribe and save, it has prevented so many colds when travelling too.

Causes discomfort despite using it correctly following the instructions, and I noticed no help from it, it made no difference for allergies and when I used it, it actually aggravated symptoms.doesnt clear nose or prevent symptoms. I can't say for certain about the cold or flu prevention but if it can't prevent allergies I don't see how it'd also block flu/ cold particles.

I searched for throat numbing sprays, due to my bacterial tonsillitis, I'd already bought 2 different ones, and honestly this was bought out of desperation!Having had some horrendous sleepless nights and a very swollen throat, as soon as it arrived I sprayed my throat and waited, nothing really changed, there was no immediate relief, but around 11pm I noticed I could swallow without hardly any pain, and this morning was quite the revelation, my throat has pretty much gone back to normal already, I am genuinely amazed at this product.If you're in as much discomfort as I was, try this, I'm writing this approx 12 hrs later and have hardly any symptoms at all.
