Q: Bridge cards need to fit in pockets designed for them. Cards should be 56 x 87 mm or 2.2 x 3.4 inches. Can anyone tell me the measurements of these?

These cards a 2mm larger in length and width. Also quality probably not good enough if you are serious bridge players

Q: are these cards the genuine article linen finish? I am aware there are counterfeit plastic copies on the market

I found that they are not as good quality as previous packs I have purchased.

Q: Are these original Waddington playing cards?

Yes - note that it is a pack of just the red and blue standard packs. If you wish to play a game with more than two packs you will need to purchase other designs.
