Very good and nice product, even very easy to useful with every different different parts like plug & play.Very useful for muscles relaxing and pain relief. Light weight and charging capability (C-Pin) charger useful.Vibration level is very important role with low to high speed.

I have purchased this product. Machine is solid but smell of wire damage when a machine starts working. Tried for the replacement but Amazon delivery guy marked the status as replacement done and delivered before even he replaced the item. Now the Amazon is unable to replace the product because it was showing as already replaced. Now I don't have any other option apart from returning the product. Unable to reach out to the vendor regarding the smell issue whether the smell is common or its defective.

I recently bought this Flexnest Turbo massage gun. Got it for 1999, that’s a good value. To compare with the Ultra model, its bigger, little heavier, same battery capacity and it’s attachments aren’t of the same heavy rubber head material but works the same for massage.Runs for 15minutes continuously at a stretch to maintain temperature stability, can start again. Battery longevity is yet to tested, will update with time.But for this amount it’s a good deal and works well on muscle soreness and relaxation.
