After doing some research, this product was one of only a few that contains all of the top recommended ingredients for joint health. It made the top 10 list on multiple research sites for "joint supplements that actually work". It comes in an easy to swallow pill form. At it's current price, it is a value for a quality product. I highly recommend this supplement to anyone looking for a quality product at a great price.

I have been taking this for over a month, and it has definitely alleviated the pain in my joists, especially my ankles and knees when going up and down stairs. I am able to bend easily and although I am very flexible generally, this has helped me get gain better range of motion without discomfort. Rainy days are no longer bad days!!

I found this product by googling cheaper alternative to Relief Factor. I've never tried relief factor due to the $90 per month cost, but I hear it advertised all the time. I have osteoarthritis in my hips and it causes constant pain and joint and muscle aches through both legs. I had tried many other recommended supplements that gave no relief. This is the first one that gave me relief from the constant ache. I still get stiff, or a twinge of pain when I move the wrong way, but the overall pain is definitely lessened. It is still more than I want to spend every month, so I am going to try one other supplement from Vimerson, tumeric and boswellia, because I do think it's the boswellia that made the difference compared to other supplements I've tried. (Side note: don't take boswellia if you are pregnant or may become pregnant, according to my research.) If that product doesn't work, I will come back to primal flex and suck it up and pay the price, it's made that much difference. Oh, and it took about 3 weeks to make a noticeable effect.

Did not notice any change on my knee arthritis. Don't bother wasting your money on this product.Yes, I would like a full refund as offered.
