As you get older these are a must for keeping joints supple. Also good in omega 3 ,can't do without them.These are high strength which is worth the extra money.

Was advised this was a good supplement to take as it boosts your blah blah blah. I'm taking them, cant notice any diffrence, maybe I will when I stop. Someone wrote that they all stick together, very common, you just have to shake the bottle vigorously ...dah!

like all omega 3 bottle advertising, each capsule is not 1000mg... the recommended dosage of 3 capsules gets you 1000mg combined epa and dha. Each capsule is actually 180mg epa and 120mg dha. This deceptive practice seems industry standard.

These are very good value for two tubs of 180 softgel capsules. They have relatively high EPA and DHA per 1000mg capsule which is what I was looking for.The capsules are quite large which is a thing to consider if you have difficulty swallowing large pills (each capsule is approx 25x9mm). There is no taste when taking the capsule.For 360 capsules I think these represent good value for money. Recommended.
