Great for the price
I bought this bench so I could keep up with my workouts with the gyms being closed at the moment. I chose this out of all the other similar priced benches due to its rating and how sturdy it looked. The bench itself was easy enough to put together although you will need some tools to do this (like I would have expected). I got by with pliers and a socket wrench. The bench itself is pretty good for the money, folds away fine if that's what you need and sturdy enough for benching. It has a little movement to it when I first get on (where the "fold" is that allows it to fold up) but it's still fine for bench pressing.I tried to use it once for sit ups but have to say it wanted to wobble and fall over, but to be honest I didnt buy it for that and I'm sure not many of you will either.Because of the sit up incline it has, I do use this for light incline bench pressing to get a bit more range of motion from the flat bench although I'm not sure the makers would recommend that for stability reasons, I have no issues with it but would be cautious.Others have said it's quite small for what they were after, I'm 5ft 11 and manage ok on it and enev find space to do chest flys so dont let that put you off if your the same height as me.All in all it's a good little bench and I would recommend to someone looking for something simple for their home set up.

Sturdy but some minor issues
Firstly, the construction is relatively easy but will require spanners/wrenches as the nuts cannot be hand tightened more than a few turns. The bench is designed such that most of the joints are permanently fixed by the bolts other than a select few hinges which enable the bench to be folded, the front leg to be folded and the height of the dip handles/rack to be adjusted. These parts are secured by slotting bolts through with a "paperclip" attachment which goes through the bolt on the other end to prevent it sliding back out.Once constructed, the bench is very sturdy (although the rack does shake slightly when racking/unracking but not in an unsafe way). It's possible to set an incline bench by folding the lower leg (the one by itself) and resting that end of the bench on the floor (there is a rubber knob on the bottom which contacts the floor). The fact that it is foldable makes it very easy to store. Also the rubber feet on the bench protect against any sort of slipping. There are a few minor issues:- The dip handles are positioned such that when you do dips (facing the bench), your knees have straddle the bench otherwise you would hit the bench.- Since the rack width is pretty much my shoulder width, when you are unracking a barbell you have to put your arms either inside or outside the rack which for me causes quite a narrow and wide grip, respectively. So I generally have to reposition my grip after unracking.- When the bench is folded, there are two holes which are aligned through which you can slot one of the "paper clip bolts" to stop the bench from dropping back down. On the bench I received, they do not align correctly so I can only semi secure it by jamming the bolt in but I'm not able to insert the paper clip in the other end.All in all, the compactness and sturdiness of this bench makes it a great purchase!

Good to buy despite pricy
Solid built. Only require little space to store after use. Instructions clear and easy to install if u get used to DIY with manual. Just make sure the size fits your personal need as it is pretty small.

gucci product
This is a damn good product, the only issue I have with it is the instructions were ballsack. There's like four different M10 bolts at different millimeters on the instructions document - when they're actually all the same size. This makes things easier, though, because you can almost just disregard any need for a particular bolt. Tools not supplied by the way, so my recommendation is to get an adjustable spanner to hold the bolts and a regular spanner to tighten the screw. The product itself is very sturdy once you're laying on it and really light when you aren't, so you can push/pull it around when/if you need to. It folds up nicely too, to really conserve space when you're done using it, it locks into place once you fold it, too, for extra manoeuvrability.Overall if you're looking for a good press bench for your room or whatever, look no further than here. Cool.

Mostly awesome. Minor step required to greatness.
It's mostly good, especially for the price. Very sturdy and I have great confidence that it will last for a long time. The negative: the instructions are very rudimentary and hard to follow. The bolts are not numbered so there's a bit of detective work to figure out which ones go where. They are not all the same size. I still managed to get one piece back to front so at first it was not possible to secure the bench in a folded position. The only other thing that could improve the bench is if the bench could elevate to an incline.Having said the above I would still recommend the bench. Solid as a rock.I weigh 90kg and bench about 75kg at the moment. The bench can handle up to 250kg. That leaves room to increase the weight. Most home benches tap out at 200kg in this price range.

Good Bench Press But No Dip Station!
I cant fault this bench press for what i need it for. I have it in my bedroom and its nice and compact especially when its folded up.I paid extra for this bench because it had the dip station but honestly the dip station is not usable unless your 4ft, Even then i think you would struggle. The instructions are terrible.
