Great for sleep, too!
I took these for the first time in the morning, that night I slept so well. Anytime I woke up I fell right back asleep. The next night was the same thing. I couldn’t figure out why until I read the myoinositol actually helps sleep. I’m taking this for PCOS and just started so no idea how how it helps that yet, but this sleep quality is a HUGE bonus.
