This is a beautifully designed and engineered shoulder pulley. It is very easy to attach to a doorway, has comfortable handles, allows you to easily change the length of the cord to suit your needs, has adjustable bumpers (i.e., the small black balls) to help you gauge your progress over time, and appears to be built to last. Excellent purchase for the price.

This was purchased for post rotator cuff surgery rehab. Works just like the one at the rehab center. Easy to install and take down each time. Didn't leave a mark on the door. Didn't pull the door. But man, it squeaks! It's loud! But for the purposes of rehab, this is going to help so much in between appointments. Feels solid. Handles are comfortable. The motion up and down is smooth. It's small, so it can travel well. Very happy.

It is very simple to hang and adjust to my height and needs. The hanger is thin but very sturdy; it'll last a long time. The pulley is very smooth and quiet, I've used others that squeaked.The range of motion it allows is perfect, and it even has a marker to track your progress. It is well-designed and well-made.

Easy to install over door. Happy with rope length as I am able to use in a seated or standing position. Pulley is smooth and handles are comfortable. Works perfectly for my PT needs.

This is a very well-made shoulder pulley and the door bracket is well padded so it doesn’t damage anything when you put it over the door. It works great and it’s helping me enormously recovering from a broken arm and getting all of the strength back to it. I highly recommend this product. You won’t be disappointed. Everything about it is quality, and it’s got well-padded hand grips.
