I am old fashioned insofar as headphones go. I can't stand the ones for gaming (with ear muffs) I can't stand ear buds. I prefer the spongey/standard headphones - the perk with these - the mic is very short and slim - no BIG fat mic in front of your face or mouth. The headband is extendible to very good lengths (I have a lot of big bushy hair - up or down the headset fits very comfortably and!! it doesn't get caught in my hair! lol)Sound quality is *awesome* - very very nice - clean - clear - good bass, not too much but definitely good balance (with treble and overall - > very nice sound quality).Overall build - seems very sturdy. I don't see this set lasting a life-time! Nor someone stepping on it! LOLBut I can see if taking good care (i.e. don't just casually throw the headset aside - on the floor, on a chair - to get stepped or sat upon - they MIGHT survive? but as with any headset I would THINK people would take good care, but 'child units' have proved otherwise LOL - completely clueless - hey why don't my headphones work anymore? I was keeping them on the floor close to my bed! uhhh you kept stepping on them??)I am 48 years old.. a kid at heart, love my music (classical, jazz, rockabilly, blues, rock, classic rock, modern classical, ambiance, techno, Japanese/techno and more) - all of which sound very good on this headset. (The Mic - seems to be clear - good - and functions well - no obvious or apparent static/feedback in speaking). (Doesn't have external/additional volume controls, has two plugs one for ears one for mic - to go into your PC/MAC - or if you have an adapter I believe these would fit - the plugs are of standard size). The cord length is very decent and allows for room to move a bit at my desk, or lean back, read, or review papers whilst listening to music, or the news or something on YouTube whilst sorting..etc.)Overall - really really great headphones. They cost a tad bit more than the 'cheapie standard' version and I think these are SO worth it. I think they will also LAST longer than my previous 'cheapie standard' pair.. (Though those lasted a good 5 years??? -> plus I don't sit or step on them LOL) Awesome! (Highly recommend!)

I bought these four years ago, use them almost daily, and wouldn't change them for anything.The plus side - excellent sound filtering! We have a weekly fire alarm test, with a LOUD fire alarm in every office. I've been on calls using this headset when the fire alarm goes off, and no one can ever hear a thing. They've also held up well to being stuffed in a computer bag and toted all around Europe.The only cons for me are really minor; it might be nice if they were foldable so that the actual earpieces were less lumpy, and it would be nice to be able to position the mic differently.But, overall, these are totally reliable.

I make a lot of Internet calls for work, and a typical day will involve several hour-long conference calls. I've found the H340 gives clear sound through both the speakers and microphone - on a good internet connection it sounds like the other callers are next to you in the room. I was a little concerned at first about the short mic boom but the feedback I've had is that I come across very clearly, so no issues there.The design is fairly light and comfortable - I've had no problems wearing it for reasonably long calls.No issues with using it either. Just plug it in and it gets recognised automatically. Reliable and no fuss.Overall, I'm very happy. The call quality is good enough for me to use for client calls, which is a high endorsement from me..

Nice product, not very comfortable in my ears (most of the time, after long use, I feel pain in my ear when I take them out). The sound is not bad, the microphone is a bit far from the mouth so I had to do some settings to be heard properly from the other side. It doesn't have a switch button to turn on/off the microphone.

The sound is OK at low volumes but speech in videos and music, particularly at the higher registers, just disintegrates.02-JUL-2024: Sound so bad for Teams meetings, I had to return them.

The quality of the product and its function are very good. It does have, in my opinion, one irritating design fault. The head set has to be worn with the mic on the RHS and that's were the cable exits too. As most people are right handed, including myself, the cable gets in the way of your mouse or note pad. My last Logitc headset you could rotate the mic right round and wear the it on the left and the cable was out of the way. you cannot do this on this one.

Spent quite a while looking at all the different ones available and got quite confused as so much out there. I wanted the headset mainly for listening to the radio and watching TV on my laptop so as not to disturb my hubby if he is reading in the same room. These are perfect as the sound quality is great, easy to use as just plug into USB socket and nothing to set up on laptop. Very comfy and the microphone doesn't get in the way when not in use. Quality very good and great price. Arrived within 2 days so great service,
