Does the job, been on this for a few months now and I do find myself with a lot more energy and focusing at work more, taste is okay really you can add it to warm water, tea or coffee, small jar lasts a while.

Shilajit is a great supplement. It gives me more energy throughout the day and helps with focus. I also feel less tired after workouts. Easy to take and totally worth trying!

Great product gives a boost of energy and all the vitamins you need

I enjoyed the Shilajit, it came nice, thick and goopy but not rock hard which indicates a quality product. I took about the recommended amount on the included wooden serving spoon twice a day.In terms of effects, I felt overall better focus, more energy and a feeling of wholeness which is hard to put into words but you know it when you feel it.In terms of value for money, I think it is worth it as you only need to use a bit at a time as and when you want it's effects and my jar lasted over 2 months.Overall I would highly recommend this supplement.
