Can make your stomach upset
I think it works fine, but after a few weeks of taking it daily, I started to get loose stools and stomach cramps. At first I thought I have an upset stomach due to traveling, but it continued for 2 weeks.Then read online that taking this quantity of magnesium can be toxic, and this type of magnesium is known to be a laxative.So be careful.
