Lets begin with a very well constructed bed. Smartly engineered and very easy to put together. It shipped in one box. I comes with a nice solid remote and not a cheap lightweight one. It is so quiet when operating you can barely hear it. It moves very smoothly as well. I like the solid slats and the cover that help keep the mattress in place.I bought this to replace an adjustable hospital bed my insurance was renting, it was uncomfortable and very noisy also. I was able to use the 36" x 80" foam mattress that I bought for the hospital bed on this new frame.I did raise the bed with some 5" bed blocks to get it to a more comfortable height for me. I stand 6' 190lbs.

Excellent product for the price works great have a very I’ll family member and works like a hospital bed we use memory foam mattress we bought separately but I can’t say enough good about this bed frame

Great customer service. When I ordered this frame it shipped quickly but when it was delivered only 1 of the boxes (it's a 2 box delivery) arrived. I immediately reached out to customer service and was given the tracking number for the second box. After a few days of tracking, the box hadn't moved so I reached back out to them and they had another one shipped out immediately. It came within a few days. The frame is very easy to assemble and so far works great.

I've wanted one of these adjustable bed frames for a while now and I finally got it! I love it so much! It's perfect and he remote is easy to use. Set up was also easy.

Amazon placed my order. They waited 4 days to inform me that my funding source (Amazon store card) was rejected. Then I applied for Amazon visa card. I was suppose to get $80 off purchase. Amazon gave me $60 off purchase. Delivery took 10 days. Tracking from fed ex was wrong. There was 5 different delivery dates, as they kept getting it wrong and had to add on time to cover their mistakes. Bed frame arrived dented in 3 places. 1 screw that was supposed to be on product was missing, with a nut that didn't belong there floating around in the box. a headboard screw i wasn't using worked in place of missing screw. Cheap Chinese product, horrible instructions. Amazon makes customer service impossible as they refuse to make their phone number available to general public. The bed frame is basic. it works, and is quiet. No apologies from customer service. They seemed cold and uncaring.

Be prepared, the bed arrives in two boxes. I only received one, but the company was very responsive and sent me the second box within a couple of days. It is not hard to put together, but it is heavy. I am a 75 year old woman and it would have been much easier with a helper but I got it put together. I bought a a latex mattress on Amazon. ( pure green organic latex, medium firm) The mattress was too heavy for me to lift, but I got a friend to help me put it on the frame. Perfect!
