Doc had upped the amount of iron I needed to take to get my iron levels back to where they were prior to some medical issues. Was pricing pills when I came upon these.Generally tolerate iron pills well but had some concerns that the higher dosage would be a little too much on the stomach. Also not too keen on getting all the iron in one dose and potentially excreting a large amount of it due to body not needing it at time of intake. These seemed like a perfect match and turned out to be so.Was taking one three times a day. Was easy on the stomach and got my iron levels back to normal plus some. Still taking these for now, just dialed it back to two a day (one in AM, second at bed time) until next blood test and see where things are at.
