Been taking these for 6 weeks now and the painful tennis elbow I had in both elbows, has completely gone.I lift heavy weights and somehow managed to injure both elbows. I took a period of time off from the gym, but the pain returned as soon as I lifted or pushed anything.Started taking these and noticed the pain was gradually getting less (around 3 weeks) until eventually it was completely gone (5 weeks). This product did not work for me after taking it for two weeks I have suffered with itching on various part of my body I have had to stop taking it, I have since read that one of the side effect of boswellia is itching, also I have had no relief in any of my symptoms, therefore I personally would not recommend this product..
