My mini-Aussie kept having stomach issues such as diarrhea. After 3 times to the Vet costing over $500 in bills, and they never found any parasites or infections I got tired of paying for the Vet bills. They always gave him 2 medications that cured him in a couple of days. One was a steroid, the other was a probiotic. I had always thought that it was the steroid that cured most of the problem? But the last time I took him to the Vet they only gave me the probiotic. I was surprised it did the job alone! So from that point on I bought this brand and give him 2 each day. One in the morning and one in the evening. It works and he has not had a digestive issue in over 2 months now! Good product and he likes the taste too!

I have older dogs that require daily pro and prebiotics and I have found more success in this brand than others. They are soft chews and seem to be effective in aiding with digestion. And I like the ingredients in the supplement. My dogs love the taste. I will continue to order them.

I have a 12 y/o boston terrier, who is the love of my life, she has been in excellent health for the majority of her years requiring only preventative care vet vists. This year has been one for very damp, humid, seasons which brought out the fleas and biting bugs. My girl was not on a flea preventative and really had a bad reaction to even the littlest flea bites. The sores were prominent and wouldn't go away and she itched and kept open wounds which in turn attracted yeast, bacteria, and fungus. Never before has her skin health been in jeporady to this degree. A vet visit confirmed she had double ear infections, a bacterial skin infection on top of a allergic reaction to grass. she was immediately put on a strong steroid, a flea preventative, a allergy med, and a strong antibiotic. Our vet, looking ahead had recomended a pre/probiotic because of the antibiotics. I added this specific item immediately, I also adjusted her diet to include organic foods that would host good bacteria including spinich, sauteed mushrooms, minced garlic, micro greens, greek yogurt, oily fish, dried anchovy and mackeral. Within 2 weeks, her skin infection was gone, her hair loss was growing in and her bad dandruff and itchy skin was gone. I noticed when I bathed her, the olive oil actually penetrated her skin, it was no longer leathery, it has been becoming softer and smoother. All that to say the most remarkable benefit from this product is the way it reduced side effects from antibiotics. My girl did not have a bubbly gut, or gas, or runny stool and still has 7 more days of antibiotics to go. Because her skin condition has greatly improved, I get to sleep with my old "corn chippy" girl more often because she is not up scratching all night or smelling like a bag of corn chips and farts. Her smell has drastically changed, I can't explain it, but I can assure anyone who own a Boston knows they have a distinct smell, both skin and in the mouth. I actually let my old girl kiss me now, and her breath smells like "nothing" and I have been blown away by how quickly this supplement has worked to help boost her immune system and ability to fight off bacteria and infections. This supplement works best when coupled with a microbial friendly diet. Research foods that help to promote a healthy gut environment for the good microbes to grow. It might take a little effort to change up a meal or two, but its o worth it..

This is a great product for my dogs.

My mini aussie was having tummy issues, tried a bland diet but she got tired of it and still had inconsistent bowel and tummy issues. Took her in and nothing was wrong, vet said to try gut health supplements. I read the reviews on these and thought let's try it, see if it will help her. She is picky about flavors!! She has been taking them for a week now and she gets excited to take them!! Her tummy is no longer gurgling and she is back to consistent movements now!!! Back to all her high energetic self!!

I thought I would try these due to my pup's chronic Pancreatitis. In the end, the product made his stool way too difficult to clean up (soft). I even cut back the recommended daily dosage by 3/4 of that amount, and it was still too soft. I won't be purchasing again.

Great for my dog's tummy

The media could not be loaded. my picky tiny Chinese crested dog adores these probiotic chews and thinks they're treats. She likes them so much, we can even hide her daily pills (which she refuses to take with any other foods) inside them, by squishing them flat, laying the pill on top, folding over the sides like a tamale, and rolling it into a ball. This is literally the only way I can reliably get her to take her pills every time (she's allergic to chicken so she can't have most other pill hiding treats on the market), so I'll keep buying these forever. They seem to help her digestion some, but not as much as other probiotics...but the ease of administering them makes them ideal for my dog at least. When I bought them they were 13 on S&S, which is a pretty good deal for this kind of supplement.
