I’ve been taking this for just 2 weeks and the last 3-4 days the results are starting to highlight. I’m 56 suffer with osteoarthritis in spine and knees plus shoulder and wrist. I’ve also been diagnosed with CPTSD which has played havoc with my depression and anxiety in last 3 years especially. So, findings so far : my skin has firmed up and toned (face), my hair which is shoulder length always fills the plug after washing has stopped falling out and now hair is bouncy and looks great. My cognitive health has really improved. I couldn’t read anymore or concentrate on anything but I’ve read 2 books and am now knitting and crochet. My legs are massively stronger though I’m going gently so not to hurt myself. My appetite is definatly suppressed I’m not wanting snacks or chocolate and I eat only when I’m really hungry and stop as soon as I’ve had enough which is different to stopping when full so I’ve also lost weight in the right way: my mood is so much better. My gut bloating has gone totally. Taste wise : I mix with min amount of cold water to dissolve and just neck it. It’s not a bad taste by any means but the benefits are so massive who cares about a mouthful of nothingness.This product is everything and more I could of hoped for. I will take this as long as it’s available. Price wise it’s affordable especially compared to some products that are glamourised for vanity reasons. I highly recommend this product. Thank you to the producers for improving my life.

Perfect for soft skin

This product doesn’t taste pleasant but it works very well. Noticed improvements in skin tone, encourages sleep and doesn’t mess with your digestion

My mum takes this and has seen amazing results, so I thought I'd give it a go. However, the taste is absolutely vile, no matter what you mix it with. Today is day 3 of taking it, and I vomited the 2nd I'd washed it down! My mum has no sense of taste or smell which I'm sure is only reason she's able to use it. Going on taste alone, if you don't have a strong stomach then I wouldn't recommend. Which is a shame as the results My mum has seen are fab, unfortunately I just can't continue with it

I have been taking this product for quite a few months now and feel confident to give an excellent review. My nails, hair and skin have improved but most of all my joints are not as painful. My nails are stronger and growing very quickly. Give the product a chance to get into your system and you will benefit from the expected results

I have tried a few different brands, and this dissolves brilliantly in hot and cold drinks, just a little stir needed in cold.Some reviews say that this tastes bad, I think this is only if you put two whole scoops in one cup of tea/coffee. If you use half a scoop at a time you can’t taste it.It’s also not bad at all, I’ve tried a few brands and this is not bad. If you don't want it to affect your tea/coffee it’s just as easy to have two scoops in about 100-200mls of water and just down it.
