Me and my friends have been using this since is 2018/19. It's formulated by a doctor, not a soda company.For my bartender friends, this saved me in my last years bartendering.For normal people who like to drink on the weekends, drink one before bed and I promise you'll wake up better- better than liquidIV.If you are extremely caffine sensitive(like me- I don't drink coffee) I drink half at night and half first thing in the morning. I keep it on my nightstand.My brother started to use a quarter pouch/half water for his littler soccer player (my niece) and it absolutely makes a difference. No sugar high just good hydration. I'm sure kiddos can drink full strength since it's found in the baby aisle but just telling what we do. - no advice here-TlDR---Mixes better and taste better than LiquidIV. No powdery bits. Quality is amazing since it's made by a doctor. Highly recommend. Taste good, not overly sugary or salty like other brands.Please enjoy!

Taste isn’t bad. Tastes like someone put too much water in the kool-aid though. It’s got electrolytes so that’s good. Brawndo “the thirst mutilator” is much better but hard to come by. That’s what the plants crave.

Absolutely love these. They don't taste over sugary like other drink mixes. Keep you hydrated, give you a little flavor. I recommend these to all my friends and family and this product will continue to be a staple in my life. They help with migraines (the doctor said a possible cause of my migraines could be dehydration sometimes) so anytime I feel one coming on I take one of these and my migraines is usually less intense and or shorter in duration. I have tried other products and they are either to strong tasting and or don't work as well.

I'm trying to stay hydrated and these have been a great addition. I really liked the flavors. The value was good and they are easy to put in your water bottle. Dissolves easily. Good quality.

The packet for these are small than expected. So I'll literally have to use 2-3 packet, to get the same taste/flavors like other packet, which has twice the products in a single packet, for better hydration. The flavors are fine, I like some flavors more than the others in this mixed box. I got the mixed one with multi-flavors, so I can try the different flavors, since I have not try all their flavors. Overall, I am not overly impressed. So I probably would not purchase again.
