Doesn't work on city gas
Bought this gas cooker and paid for installation and delivery service. Installation technician stated he could not install the cooker as I needed to contact City Gas, but I did not receive a refund. I contacted City Gas who took 1 week to set up account and send an installation technician. Installation technician has just informed me that I need to pay a BOSCH technician 490 AED to convert the cooker from LPG to City Gas. The return window has closed so I have no option but to pay for the conversion. Very frustrated with the purchase no wonder it is discounted as it does not work as advertised!

I purchased this unit & I am impressed with burner quality, overall product finishing & oven space is excellent.This is value for money product.

Unreliable After Sale Service and Low Quality Product
The oven glass door broken after the first use. It is technically not as strong as it should be. The technician arrived four days after the complaint. Two days later I received a call from the supervisor to inform me that it will take ten days to fix the new glass door that I have to pay for although it appear to be a manufacturing defect . It’s more than twenty days and nothing has happened despite of my follow up with the service center.

المنتج لم يكن حسب المتوقع.. السعر مرتفع وبدون خدمة تركيب ..لاحظت ان مقابض الأشعال تفتح لادني لمسه فهيه غير محكمه في الغلق ..اشتريته منذ شهرين والأن سعره انخفظ 600 درهم ومع خدمة تركيب مجانيه

Highly recommended for larger cooking. The top pan support grill is sturdy for large utensils.
