Great def recommend

Kind of confused but it works I think
Didn't notice a crazy pump increase when I used this. First time I used it I wasn't very sore either, but the second time I was basically unable to walk for the next few days. So it does 50% of what its supposed to do 50% of the time I guess.

Ppl be like it doesn't work or anything bad idk what they lying bout it works. You feel sore but it's breaking down new muscle gain for pumps. Price only thing I didn't like but will buy again.

Muy caro y poco efectivo, He tenido que pagar 27ā¬ de aduana, no malgasten su dinero en este producto, no sirve para nada, llevo mas de 15 aƱos entrenando y os puedo asegurar que la creatina es mas efectivo que este producto, no merece la pena.

I...I can't tell
Unfortunately, I can't tell how much of a difference these really make. They don't do anything bad, so that's good, but I can't tell if they're really helping me put on more muscle mass when I work out. It seems like something you can only tell after using them for a long time, and I don't have that luxury. At any rate, if they just seem to make zero difference, I'll update the review, but if I never do, you can assume they made at least some difference.
