VERY GOOD PRODUCT & SERVICE
The media could not be loaded. I bought the vertical wall bed hardware from Ribbonic and I’m very happy. The fittings are strong, and the hydraulic system works smoothly.The best part was the quick support they answered all my installation questions and gave helpful tips.The bed folds and opens easily, saving a lot of space in my flat. They also offer optional legs which is a nice extra.Great product for small homes! 👍

Poor quality and pathetic post sale service
Just bought the Murphy bed fitting and the hydraulics broke while Installing only. Such poor quality parts. They promised me replacement and everything while buying but when it broker even before using..they started demanding 1000 more. The only reason I went with them was service, was getting the same fitting for 2500 but I still paid them 10000.I am just glad that installation ke baad nahi toota otherwise it would have caused serious injury to a family member.My suggestion is avoid at all cost. If not anything it's cheating to the customers.
