A great product, perhaps a little over fabricated, but looks neat and is stylish. Easy to operate and safe to use. Ensure the top lid is correctly fitted as the product's safety feature will not allow operation until the lid is fitted correctly.Easy to clean with removal parts and easy reassemble. Ideal for frappe's and slushy's or any other application that requires shaved Ice. Come with two settings of Ice shaving. Fine or Course... but both are pretty much the same. Due to the nature of the Products' job, do not be alarmed by the noise of the operation. You are cutting hard blocks of ice. It is bound to make some noise!Good product. Ideal for winter and Summer use.

After a few bad buys I was a bit reluctant to try this but there was no need!Setting it up and using it is very easy and has made making slushies for the kids a doddle. I use crushed ice from the shops instead of ice cubes; it's easier to fit into my freezer and I can feed it into the machine better.I've only used the fine setting as we like having shaved ice for snow cones and slushies. It works well for both purposes but we like to add the syrup and some water after using the machine when making slushies. The ice that comes out obviously isn't as fine as a store bought slushie, so we feel this makes it a bit easier to drink. We also like being able to choose our own syrup flavour, which is harder to do when mixing the syrup straight in the machine.The kids absolutely love having a treat with this and I can see it being very popular at birthday parties and in summer!

Bought to make snow / ice cones and slushes. Does the job well, the mixing stick is a bit of a faff.Makes two sizes of ice chips.Only issue, it doesn't have an on / off switch. Does stop when ice has run from top, but would have preferred an actual switch to stop motor.

It is always best to shop around Amazon to check & read the reviews when it comes to buying one of these Ice Chrushing/Slush Puppy machines.Okay it is a bit noisy like the other Slushy machines, but it's a good buy and it was out of all the cheap ones that got 5 Stars. As long as you don't overload the machine and don't put in Ice cubes that are stuck together, it should last you a good while. Not for one for kids who want slushies all the time.Good for cocktails and mix drinks. Additional: our machine had developed a fault, due to no fault of ours. After contacting NEO they very kindly replaced our faulty one with a brand new one. Full top marks to NEO. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It doesn't give you crushed ice .. it does give you slushy ice .. It is easy marked by the ice and you need to hold the top with your hand so it doesn't fly off

Ordered this for my daughter for christmas, it's amazing for making slushies and snowcones. Definitely worth the money. Very easy to set up and use.

Worked OK for a week, no difference in settings in fine or coarse.Then one day the machine stopped working completely. Only way to get it to work is to tap the top repeatedly, as obviously there is a loose connection on the wiring.Might be cheap but go get something more reliable.
