I love this melatonin. Absorption can be tricky though. Here is my trick.1) place it under your tongue while sitting in the upright position on your bed. No duct tape should be in the room.2) use your pinky on the inner layer of your cheek to stimulate a salivary response. Although it seems like a good idea, do not include the use of pigeons.3) count backwards from 100 in sets of 7 and ask them to refill your cup.If the white knight is talking backwards and the rest are discussing the politics of LBJ, then you did it right.Just know the journey home might not be as smooth…

No idea if it really has Melatonin, but at least taste is inoffensive. Dissolves quickly under the tongue. Edited to correct star rating (defaulted to one star for some reason).

Melatonin is interesting because it is a toss up whether it works for me- this seems to work but gives me super vivid dreams. Also really need to take it immediately before bed because window for working is very short.
