I’ve had mine for about 3-4 years now. Still going strong! I work er/icu in a very fast paced vet hospital. This thing has been beat up and sprayed with many chemicals to disinfect in between patients. It still works like a charm. And the rubber part still holding up quite well. I don’t store it properly either, like I should. I shove it in a bag and again it’s in great shape. I 1000% recommend this. Also I got the rainbow metal and it never faded. Still looks great!

Love my Littmann stethoscope! It’s amazing quality and comes in so many cute colors, I get compliments on it all the time. It is definitely on the pricier side, but it’s 100% worth it. It’s an investment that lasts for years, especially if you’re in healthcare long-term. Highly recommend!

I purchased this stethoscope for nursing school, and it has been amazing so far. The sound quality is crystal clear,I can easily hear heart tones, lung sounds, and bowel sounds even in noisy clinical environments. It's lightweight but feels sturdy and durable.

I got the grey one and I love it! Sound clarity is great, I’m able to hear better than my MDF! It was exactly as pictured.

I’ve used many different stethoscopes but I always go back to Littmann. I have small ears and this is definitely the most comfortable.

This is supposed to be THE stethoscope you get when you want a good quality stethoscope. It definitely is. The ONLY thing is that is is much heavier than the Littmann II because the chest piece is a heavy metal, whereas the Littmann II chest piece is lighter and more comfortable to wear around the neck. I do find the III DOES have better sound projection as described. Literally “weighing” the options on which one is overall the most practical for my own needs. But, it’s is a beautiful product!
