Perfect fit, now it’s lit…
Works perfectly. Popped out the old igniter, dropped in the new one, installed the battery and voila’… back in business. Don’t have to use the old butane lighter anymore.

Does NOT fit Char Broil Model 463342118
Does NOT fit Char Broil Model 463342118Battery compartment is too big to fit in ignitor hole in grill. You could probably make the hole bigger and make it work.I just ordered a different ignitor - GasSaf Spark Generator 2 Outlet Push Button Grill Ignitor Electronic Igniter for Broil King, Broil-Mate, Charbroil and it fit right in the existing hole.Otherwise appears to be a standard replacement ignitorThank you to Amazon/ Vendor for easy return of item that didn't fit.

Works with my Weber Genesis II E310 grill
The spark generator on my 2017 Weber Genesis II E310 finally died and unfortunately there are very few manufacturers with this format of igniter with a remote switch, all of which cost between $35 and $100.This igniter was inexpensive enough that I thought that I might as well try to modify it to fit my Weber; so there's some good news and some bad news.Bad news: this spark generator has as one-piece molded body with a removable switch that also seals in the battery so I can't easily rewire it to work with my grill's front panel push button switch. If I was so inclined, I could do some cutting and rewiring, but I don't think it's worth it because when it fails again, I would have to do the same to the next one I buy.Good news: it works WITHOUT any modifications to the grill's wiring and it saves me $92 on a buying a new oneMy grill has three burners, which means only three igniters, but the Weber spark generator has four terminals for generating sparks. The situation with my grill is that one of the wires (light blue) from the four terminal spark generator is grounded to the grill's frame behind the front control plate. This light blue tagged wire isn't connected to anything but the other three wires are plugged into this unit. The terminals on this unit are narrow flat blades while the Weber terminals are round, but with some gentle pressure, they fit snug on the blade terminals.

works for Chargriller Flat Iron 3 burner
Fixed my ignition problem in my Chargriller Flat Iron 3 burner (with lid).I note that I had to take the whole front panel off to access the igniter. I unscrewed the outside button, the plastic nut that holds the igniter in the panel and the half dozen or so bolts that hold the front panel on the grill (on the sides of the front panel.Once i slipped the front panel out a little, i had enough room to pull the wires off the old igniter, mount the new igniter and plug the wires onto the new igniter. I used needle nose pliers to pull the wires off the old igniter.i also took this opportunity to degrease my grill.
